Guests are responsible for reviewing all horseback riding requirements, safety rules, age and weight restrictions, and prohibited items before booking and arriving for their tour.
No refunds will be issued to guests who are unable to participate because they:
For the safety of all guests and horses, management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation at any time if a rider’s attire, physical condition, behavior, or equipment presents a safety risk. In these cases, no refund will be provided.
Horseback riding is an inherently risky activity. By completing your booking and participating in the tour, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to comply with all safety requirements and instructions provided by our staff.
Cancellation policy
– All purchases of rides are 100% refundable up to 15 days before your ride.
– Within 7 days of your scheduled ride time, 50% of the purchases will be refunded in case of cancelation.
– Cancellations within 5 days or less are non-refundable and will not be allow to rescheduled under any circumstance.
– Cancellations due to flight cancellations will be offered a full refund or reschedule WITH PROOF.
Weather Policy:
All tours will proceed as scheduled. We do ride in light rain or sprinkling conditions. In the event of heavier rain, we will wait 30 minutes after the scheduled ride time to determine if conditions improve. If the weather does not clear after those 30 minutes, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. Please note that all riders must arrive for their scheduled tour, as the policy is applied on-site.
– No-shows will be charged the full price with no refund.
– Late riders will be left and charged $50 each rider reschedule fee
– Please double check your ride time and location, arriving at the incorrect location for your ride could potentially forfeit your ride completely without the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
