What is your cancellation policy?

Is there an age limit for horseback riding?

Yes. For safety reasons, the maximum age to participate in our horseback riding tours is 65 years old.

How long are the rides?

Our rides last for 1 hour approximately. 

What should I wear?

We recommend that you bring along trousers and closed-toe shoes. This attire will help ensure your comfort and safety during your horseback riding experience.

Will you help me take pictures?

Yes we will! Our guides will help you capture the most amazing shots on your phones during your experience. 

Can my kids ride with me?

Children between 4 and 7 years old ride with mom or dad for a fun and safe experience. From 8 years old and up, they ride on their own.

Are there a weight restrictions?

Weight limit is 250 lbs, and for the safety of our horses and riders this policy is strict and non-refundable.

Who is not allowed to participate in the horseback riding tour?
For the safety of our guests and horses, pregnant individuals, anyone recovering from surgery, those with recent injuries, chronic back or neck problems, balance or coordination issues, seizures, dizziness, or anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to ride. Riders wearing casts, walking boots, slings, or injury-support braces that may affect safe riding are also not allowed to participate.
What are the age and weight requirements for horseback riding?
Children ages 4 to 7 may ride with a parent as long as the combined weight does not exceed 250 pounds. Riders between 8 and 65 years old may ride independently. The maximum rider weight for this tour is 250 pounds, and helmets are required for all riders 16 years old and under.
What happens if I don't meet the riding requirements?
Guests who do not meet the age, weight, medical, or safety requirements will not be allowed to ride. Please review all requirements before booking, as no refunds will be issued in these cases.
What should I avoid bringing or wearing during the ride?
Items such as backpacks, large purses, umbrellas, balloons, selfie sticks, large cameras with neck straps, and other loose objects are not allowed while riding because they can startle the horses or create safety hazards. High heels are also prohibited.
Can I receive a refund if I cannot participate?
No. Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet all riding requirements before booking. Refunds will not be issued if you are unable to ride due to weight restrictions, prohibited attire, medical conditions, injuries, or failure to follow staff instructions or safety guidelines.
Can the staff refuse my participation even if I have a reservation?
Yes. For the safety of all guests and horses, our staff reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation at any time if a rider's physical condition, behavior, attire, or equipment presents a safety risk. If participation is denied for safety reasons, no refund will be provided.
Can someone walk alongside the tour or take professional photos?
No. Guests are not allowed to walk beside the tour, and photographers are only permitted with prior approval from management.
Can I trot, canter, or gallop the horse?
No. For everyone's safety, all rides are conducted at a walking pace. Trotting, cantering, and galloping are not permitted.
