What is your cancellation policy?

We have a No Refund Policy. Read our policy clicking here

What is the minimum rider age?

The age at which children can ride independently is set at a minimum of 9 years old. For children under 9, it's necessary for them to be accompanied by an adult while riding a horse.

How long are the rides?

Our rides last for 1 hour approximately.

What should I wear?

We recommend that you bring along trousers and closed-toe shoes. This attire will help ensure your comfort and safety during your horseback riding experience.

Will you help me take pictures?

Yes we will! Our guides will help you capture the most amazing shots on your phones during your experience.

Can my kids ride with me?

Children aged 5 to 8 are must ride with their parents, while those aged 9 and above should ride independently.

I don't have any riding experience is that ok?

Yes it is! Only about half of our riders have riding experience, so if you've never rode a horse before you have nothing to worry about.

Are there a weight restrictions?

Our weight limit for rides is 260 pounds.
